The common recruitment process (CRP PO/MT -XIV) for recruitment of Probationary Officers(PO)/ Management Trainees(MT) in participating bank (vacancies for 2025-26). Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:-Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university or equivalent qualification recognized by the Central Government.
Age Limit :- (As on 01.08.2024)
- Minimum Age: 20 years.
- Maximum Age: 30 years.
- A candidate must have been born not earlier than 02.08.1994 and not later than 01.08.2004 (both dates inclusive)
- Age relaxation is applicable as per government norms for reserved categories.
Application Fees:-
- Rs 850 for Gen & OBC.
- Rs 175 for for SC/ST/PwBD candidates.

Selection Process
The selection process for IBPS PO 2024 is conducted in three stages:
Stage 1 – Preliminary Examination:
- Candidates have to qualify in each of the three tests by securing cut-off marks to be decided by IBPS.
Stage 2 – Main Examination:

- Candidates who clear the main exam are called for an interview.
- Total Marks: 100
- The interview assesses the candidate’s communication skills, general awareness, and suitability for the banking sector.
Important point to Remember:-
Penalty for Wrong Answers (Applicable to both – Online Preliminary and Online Main Examination)- @1/4 penalty for each wrong answer.
Candidate will be required to obtain a minimum score in each test of Online Main examination and also a minimum total score to be considered to be shortlisted for interview.
Marks obtained in the online main examination only will be considered for shortlisting for interview and also for final merit listing.
The weightage (ratio) of Online Main Exam and interview will be 80:20 respectively.
